The following Terms and Conditions are for your better understanding of our relationship with you. Study in the UK is provided by Novus Education Group (NEG), along with both parties’ responsibilities in relation to higher education. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and if you do not understand anything or need further clarification, please contact us. This document is a binding agreement between Novus Education Group and the student which may only be altered once both parties have agreed to those changes.
These terms and conditions are for your better understanding of the relationship between you, Novus Education Group, and the UK university you're applying to.

1. I pledge to be nice, courteous, and truthful if I elect to use the services of Novus Education Group (NEG). I will behave legally and will not violate the agreement's terms and conditions.

2. I promise that I will not verbally, physically, or in any other way abuse, intimidate, or threaten any Novus Education Group (NEG)staff members — Novus Education Group (NEG) has the right to terminate their services at any time for any inappropriate behaviour on my part.

3. I commit not to harm the academic and social assets of Novus Education Group (NEG), nor will I utilise their property or resources for the promotional purpose of myself or any other party.

4. I agree that if I have a complaint about Novus Education Group (NEG), I will not defame their reputation, harm their brand, or spread bad information about them. I will notify them right away that I intend to handle the matter through the complaint processes.

5. I declare that I will only submit genuine information and legitimate papers to Novus Education Group (NEG); I will not withhold any information or document in order to mislead them; I am accountable for any false information or document I supply and will accept any consequences. I give my permission for Novus Education Group (NEG) to use the information and documents I provide for my admission and other purposes.

6. I accept that if I publicly agree to choose Novus Education Group's assistance for admission to a certain educational establishment (NEG). I will not submit another application directly or appoint another agent(s) to submit application again to that educational institute irrespective of course or intake in that academic year. I must provide them with written notice with reasons if I decide not to use their services.

7. I commit to providing Novus Education Group (NEG) sufficient time to handle my application, with offers and CAS documentation. I will not place undue pressure on the team to follow the usual admission procedures.

8. I acknowledge that if I join from one of the education sector offered by the Novus Education Group (NEG), I will attend at least 85-90 percent of all classes delivered at the institution.

9. I commit to notifying my education provider and Novus Education Group of any changes in my contact information or circumstances (NEG)

10. I agree that once enrolled, I will follow academic regulations and not harm the reputations of the educational institutes represented by Novus Education Group (NEG).

11. I commit to notify the relevant Immigration Authority immediately if my circumstances change while studying abroad.

12. I undertake to abide by the law of the country and not violate the terms of my stay abroad as an international student. I also agree that I will not jeopardise the country's educational standards or reputation in any way.
